About Me
Hi, I’m Fred. I’m a clinical psychologist, researcher, a dad, a partner, and someone who once loved drugs way too much, until they took me down. Now free from the compulsion and engaging in life, I help people find their way out of stuck places toward something more intentional and grounded.
Therapy with me is about how you utilize the 167 hours of the week, in addition to the time we spend together.
My Approach
My work is practical and rooted in real life. We’ll focus on building awareness, shifting habits, and creating structure that supports change. I pay close attention to how your environment affects you, how your energy is spent, and what actually moves you forward.
