Services
Therapy is more than just a weekly session — it’s a structured process designed to foster lasting change. Here's the framework I use with many clients:
Additional Services
Comprehensive Network Assessment
When we try to change a behavior, we often forget that the people around us have years of wisdom interacting with us and can provide insights and guidance on how we can be better.
Obtain insights from 15 people in your social network about your strengths, weaknesses, and growth potential.
Optionally interview one person from your network of your choosing.
Results are compiled anonymously, a report is generated (for you) and integrated into your change plan during a dedicated session.
Family/Parenting Sessions
Same structure as individual sessions.
If your family member is already in care, the intake week is not required.
Coming Soon: Zoom Group Connection
Free weekly video group available to clients in my practice.

Our lives are social, and the people in your network, from colleagues to family, each understand you in different ways. I've developed a powerful, proven process for you to understand your world differently and empower yourself. I will anonymously survey 8-15 people in your network, asking them to share what makes you awesome and where you can grow. I then analyze the anonymous feedback, create a comprehensive report of key themes and insights, and we review it together. This gives you the unique advantage of seeing how others truly perceive you, leading to powerful self-discovery. I've done this three times and the insights were invaluable; I realized people wanted the best for me and that I was much harder on myself than necessary.
